ATUG – Return & Refund Policy

At ATUG, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality Christian apparel that you can wear boldly and confidently. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup, or scent will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Socks

  • Hats/beanies

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Digital products (if you sell them later)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges as long as the item is in return-eligible condition.
Exchanges depend on current stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If ATUG made a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, or damaged on arrival), we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos

We’ll take care of it right away.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ATUG is not responsible for orders marked as delivered but not received.
If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@atugclothing.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
