ATUG – Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting ATUG. We ship worldwide and strive to deliver high-quality Christian apparel with honesty and transparency. Because many items are pre-order, shipping and production timelines may be longer than typical retail stores. Please review the details below before placing your order.


1. Pre-Order Production Time

Many ATUG products are offered on a pre-order basis, which means production begins after your order is placed.

By placing a pre-order, you understand that:

  • Production timelines vary

  • All production estimates are approximations, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, fabric availability, shipping congestion, or global logistics conditions

ATUG is not responsible for delays outside our control.


2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Requirement

Some items require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) from our factories.

For this reason, ATUG reserves the right to:

  • Cancel your order if the required MOQ is not met

  • Notify you by email

  • Issue a full refund for the canceled item(s)

We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these cancellations.


3. Estimated Shipping Times (After Production)

Once production is complete, packages typically take up to 60 days to arrive, depending on destination and customs.

Estimated delivery time for ALL regions:

This timing applies to:

  • Canada

  • United States

  • Europe

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Asia

  • Middle East

  • South America

  • Africa

  • Rest of World

Please note:

  • 60 days is the general expectation, not a guaranteed delivery time

  • Some regions may experience additional delays due to customs, holidays, or local carrier conditions


4. Global Shipping

We ship globally.
International orders may experience:

  • Extended transit times

  • Customs inspections

  • Duties, VAT, or import fees (paid by the customer)

  • Unpredictable delays due to global shipping conditions

ATUG is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by your country.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Carrier availability

  • Package weight

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when ATUG is at fault.


6. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please allow 2–5 business days for updates to appear.

Tracking may move slowly or temporarily stop during:

  • International transit

  • Customs processing

  • Peak seasons (Christmas, Lunar New Year, etc.)


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate address.

ATUG is not liable for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong location

  • Carrier inability to deliver

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, ATUG is no longer responsible for it.

This includes:

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Long delays due to customs or international transit

  • Carrier-related issues

Customers must contact the carrier directly for missing or delayed shipments.


9. Order Processing & Handling

Processing time varies by product and does not include preorder production time.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day


10. Partial Shipments

If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately depending on stock, production, and factory locations.

You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.


11. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • Production begins

  • The order has shipped

ATUG may cancel orders due to MOQ requirements or inventory issues. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
