2. Pre-Order Items & Shipping Times

Many ATUG products are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

2.1 Pre-Order Production Time

  • Pre-order items require a production period before shipping.

  • Production times may vary and are estimated, not guaranteed.

2.2 Delayed Shipping

Because items are made per order:

  • Shipping times may be longer than standard retail timelines.

  • Delays may occur due to production schedules, inventory availability, carrier issues, customs, or global logistics.

  • ATUG is not responsible for delays outside our control.

2.3 Global Shipping

We ship worldwide.
International orders may experience:

  • Extended delivery times

  • Customs inspections

  • Import taxes, duties, or fees (paid by the customer)

3. Minimum MOQ Requirement

ATUG reserves the right to cancel any order or pre-order if our supplier or production minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not met.
If this occurs:

  • You will be notified via email

  • You will receive a full refund for the canceled item(s)

  • ATUG is not responsible for any costs, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the cancellation

This clause ensures fair production capabilities and transparent operations for our customers.

4. Product Information

We aim for accurate descriptions, photos, and sizing information.
However, we do not guarantee that:

  • Colors displayed on-screen match exactly in person

  • All product descriptions are error-free

  • Sizing fits every customer the same way

We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD/CAD (depending on region or store settings) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time before an order is placed.

Payments must be made using the methods available at checkout.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Inventory or production issues

  • Supplier or factory failing to meet MOQ (as stated above)

Orders cannot be canceled once production or shipping has started, including pre-order items.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns and exchanges are covered under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Shipping, Risk & Liability

Once an order is shipped:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • ATUG is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only

  • Customs-related delays are outside our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

9. International Taxes & Duties

For international orders:

  • Duties, VAT, customs fees, and import taxes are not included in our prices

  • These charges must be paid by the customer

  • Refused shipments may incur return shipping fees

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, product images, text, and graphics—is owned by ATUG and protected by intellectual property laws.
